4Xware was incorporated in 2009 to assist people, groups and organizations quickly develop commercial and social networking websites.  4Xware was started by Andrew Pellegrino, a recent Michigan State University graduate, and former Proforma Corporation executives, Ron Pellegrino and Fred Yu.

Ron Pellegrino, President

Ron was the president Proforma Corporation from 1994 to 2007 when it was acquired by Metastorm, Inc.  At the time of the acquisition, Proforma Corporation was a worldwide leader in Business Process analysis and Enterprise architecture modeling software. 
Fred

Fred Yu, VP & Chief Technology Officer

Fred was one of the original founders of Proforma Corporation where he was the Director of Product Development.  After the acquisition of Proforma by Metastorm, Fred was the Senior Director of Product Development from 2007 to 2009.

Andrew Pellegrino, Chief Marketing Officer

Andrew is a recent graduate of Michigan State University.  He is starting 4Xware to develop and market social networks and exchanges.
